Garlic side effects

Garlic is truly a wonder food, however, before you embark on anything with it you have to know that garlic have got some pretty nasty side effects too,
nothing dangerous or threatening.
Here are the biggest ones:
First, you need to get one thing in mind, moderation is the rule with garlic, you can get too much, even of good things.
· The first garlic side effect has to do with bad breath
Whenever you are going to eat some, your mouth will smell like a dumpster!
This is the reality of garlic, it will make your mouth stink, however, this should not be an issue as there are so many tricks to getting over it very
fast and the best thing is that no one will seem to guess that you have eat some.
· The second side effect of garlic in the body odor.
I don't know about you, but I've never met someone that smelled, on his skin, garlicky.
I wrote this because some people can be smellier than others.
It's a real thing though; many women have told me that they could smell if a guy has eaten some garlic.
This is not really a bad problem, you only need a good deodorant and to take a shower when you feel the need.
· The third side effect is indigestions and other intestinal issues.
This is serious, if you eat too much garlic, you are going to face some stomach issues, and here is the list:
1. Indigestion
2. Diarrhea
3. Crumps
4. Stomach burns
5. Vomiting
6. Bad odors
Don't read this and think that you should never eat garlic!
If you keep the consumption wise, you are going to be fine.
I've eaten once about one blub in one day, I had only some stomach burns and that's all.
So, from my own experience, don't exceed the limit of one garlic bulb a day (if you are consuming it regularly) and don't eat it at once.
· The fourth on the list is garlic allergy.
This one is pretty serious; however, rarely will someone have an allergy to garlic.
The allergy symptoms can be:
1. Vomiting
2. Red spots on the skin
3. Itching
4. High temperature
5. Headaches
6. Dizziness
If you are new to garlic and you eat a handful of raw cloves the first time, you are definitively going to experience some of these symptoms.
However, your body is going to adapt quickly and you won't experience them after some few days.
The same advice here, start slowly and steadily.
This won't happen with garlic supplements as they have limited doses and are pretty weak if compared to raw garlic which is much more potent and useful
for your health.
· The fifth garlic side effect is its abilities to cancel the effects of some drugs.
Garlic can and will lower your blood pressure, so if you are already having a very low blood pressure, take advice from a physician before starting to
eat huge quantities.
Garlic will disturb the good functioning of anti-coagulants, refrain from consuming it when you are having a surgery.
Garlic is known to interact with some drugs, for the most part, it's nothing harmful, however, if you are taking some drugs regularly, please, read the
drug notice and ask your physician about it.
· The sixth side effect of garlic is numbing the tongue
This one has been encountered by many people but only after showing a lot of garlic.
The tongue will feel like a burn and you may even start dropping tears, like when eating onions.
Again, this will only happen if you eat a huge quantity.
These are the most notable side effects of garlic; the wisest thing to do is to eat it daily in MODERATE quantities.
